I just want to find out how can we evaluate our speaking while practicing?
Is it by ourselfs or is there any other way?
Please let me know.

One thing I suggest is recording yourself and then listening to yourself. If you have a Windows PC with XP there is a free recording software in the START menu under PROGRAMS, ACCESORIES, ENTERTAINMENT, SOUND RECORDER. Get a cheap headphone with microphone and practice.

I am trying to get a teacher for my ibtpractice website to accept emailed recordings and evaluate them, but since it is summer I have been delayed (lazy teachers are all on break!)...... Maybe by September!

What is a soft copy? A hard copy is a book and soft copy is a downloaded copy of the same book?

I just bought a soft copy of longman with complete tests, however, it is not genuine. Dunno if it's possible to send you via net.
