dwdimov, I use MSN. I had tried to find a way call from MSN to Skype, but I found nothing. Sorry!

I think you need download the software of skype and create you won account on skype, then you could start call other skype users.

I am also looking for a study partner with whom I can study for iBT seriously. My English is not fluent but I want to make it. I want to improve my English overall. I want to get 26 in speaking and 90 overall. I need it for my license. I already took it thrice but not succeed. So someone who wants to prepare with me please email on this id luck_in_2007@hotmail.com.
