what is the best way to review toefl within 20-30 days ?

Speaking and writing are my weakness, I can get 20 in reading and listening, if everything goes fine. But I am really bad at speaking and writing, not because it is in other language, I have the same problem with my native language and other languages too, so here's the deal, I only need 45 for the college, is the mininum they accept, but of course, I wanna get more than that score, my test is next month, I have 30 days to beat that.. But still I have no notion about how to beat that after those information I looked up.. I would appreciate any help from anybody who had taken the test and got a good score..

Alright, i'm taking toefl on this 28th FEB. I have already taken Toefl CBT and IELTS with a decent scores in these tests but at that time i wasn't applying to any university which i feel now that i was very stupid for not doing that..Listening, reading, writing sections are not that difficult but the speaking task is making me reallll confuse!!! i was looking at the official samples by ETS they do not seem that difficult including the speaking section. All it requires a bit concentration but this Barrons book speaking section seems so difficult.. i just cant understand one thing how come a test taker, who has never been a science student would be able to speak and produce a response in 15 or 30 seconds on some science lecture or discussion..
