Toefl test on 29June!

Hello every one..
I’m taking the Toefl test on 29th June, 2008.
Until now I think am fine in everything 'thank god' except speaking!

I can see that a lot of people are asking for a ''speaking partner''..

So my question is,,
can someone help me please explaining what does ''speaking partner'' mean?
And if he's gonna help me practicing, and how ?

For the knowledge;
I'm from Middle east, Saudi Arabia..

hi it just means someone you practise the speaking with.
