Task Countdown

I wanted to know what's the indicator for the various times on the TOEFL. Barron's has a clock which counts down the preparation and speaking times, whereas Kaplan uses a progress bar similar to the Listening section. Moreover, Kaplan lacks beeps to indicate the start and end of the response time. What is present on the actual TOEFL?

Hi Goldust,

In the actual TOEFL you will have a clock such as Barron's or Longam Software. You will see your Preparation Time, listen a beep and then you will see your Speaking Time while you are talking to the microphone.

I hope this helps you. Let me know if you have another question.
Cheers.

Thanks a lot, guys! I was worried that the actual TOEFL had something like Kaplan's progress bar, which doesn't give a real sense of time.
