Hello everyone,
Does anybody know how we will request for rescoring??
And how much I have to pay for example if I want a rescoring from both writing and speaking sections? Hoping to receive your replies. Thanks in advance

There is a form you have to fill out from the iBT TOEFL bulletin. It cost $60 each for speaking and writing. So $120 for both, if your score changes like your score goes up or down, they will refund the rescore fees.

Also you need to fax that. Make sure that once faxed, rescore order show up in Order section. If not keep faxing them everyday with Att: duplicate/resubmitted.

As soon as ETS receives the request, you will see debit transaction in your credit card acount. If score changes (increase or decrease) you will get credit of $60 and score will be immediately updated on your score result online. If it does not change then there will be no indication in your online account and you will not get credit. You will receive a latter from ETS about no score change.

Number of days for rescore also varies from 3 days to 4 weeks.

3 days if you are lucky, I have seen request taking up to 6 weeks so account for that as well.

in another thread somebody said they got the rescore result update in 1 day. It's really hard to believe that ETS did rescore in 1 day.

In my case Tuesday they got the request after faxing them 4 times and Friday afternoon, I got the score update.

do you know if we can request rescoring from listening part? my listening was very good but I got a low score than expected. I hope there is a possibility.

No you can not. There is no rescoring for Reading and Listening. I think the reason is simple. Both sections are muti/single choice selection kind of exams.

hello temp,
I am really worried,i got a conformation for my rescoring on the 6th of April and i am yet to see a change.I keep checking my score every minute and this is driving me nuts.Will it be wise to call and ask if the rescore has been done?I really need a MIRACLE.
