I would recommend to practice as many nouns as you can: a friend, a flag, a movie, a book, a most influential person, a class, a park, a coach, a teacher, a place, a country, a city, a hobby, a pet, an experience.... Once you get comfortable describing abstract things, I do not think it would be hard to describe anything even things that you have not prepared for. Your response should contain a statement and 2-3 reasons with supporting details. So you have just 15 seconds to come up with 2-3 reasons to support your statement. Nobody is going to judge your statement, the most important thing is how you support your statement. The more you practice the more you realize that that there are some general supportive details that can fit almost any topic. For example, if you state that I am active, energetic, curious, adventurous person, therefore I like this park (perfect place for camping with friends), this city (has a lot of activities), this hobby, this game, that friend (she is active and energetic too) etc. If you have nothing to say and stuck, try to create or come up with something, even a lie. I do not think that somebody would check it. Practice as much as you can.
