Should I request for rescoring the writing part (98 points)?

Hi,

I received my Toefl Score today. I have 98 points:

R: 22
L: 26
S: 26
W: 24

However, some Universities ask for > 100 points, so %"§"&(! 2 points are missing! Before I got the results, I thought that I would have the most points in writing. I think about to let my toefl get rescored, but I'm afraid that my score will even get worse!!!

I read about that others got more points after rescoring the speaking section, but most often they had lower scores than mine..

What do you guys think? Would you suggest to get it rescored? I'm unsure because my score isn't really low.. and I need at least 24 to apply at most universites at all!

It does't heart to do rescore. Remember your score can reduce. Anyway it looks like 98 is kind of useless to you so if I were you, I would not even think and apply for recore.

Ok I requested rescoring 2 days ago. Today they've sent me a confirmation. I'm really excited. I hope it works out.. if not I'll turn crazy
