Sending acores to the college

Hi everybody! I tried to order additional score report online, but it did not work. In fact I could not register for the TOEFL online either, I had to call. After I typed my credit card information, there is a sigh "processing" for hours and in the window at the middle there is a sigh "Internet explorer cannot display web page" I tried to pay with debit card - it is the same. What it can be? I can fax them, but I am kinda not comfortable sending my credit card information by fax. By mail.... It will take forever.

There could be many reasons but it looks like ETS issue.

Well you can always call if you are not comfortable faxing.

Thanks for your respond, but I solved that problem: requested additional scores via iPhone. The credit card information went through without problems. I think it was something with computer, blocks or those pop-ups, or that Microsoft Vista
