Speaking re-scoring

Hello Guys. I want to submit a request for re-scoring in the speaking section of my last exam. Can you tell me how can I do it ? Do I have to send it by regular mail and not online ? And what if I want to pay by the Credit Card ? Thanks alot

Hi Lime and others. I must say i am very dissapointed as i somehow assumed that i can retake the speaking part, i must have missunderstood something.
Anyhow, the reason why all this is worrying me is that i really got a great score 113 out of 120, (29 reading, 28 listening, 27 speaking and 29 writing)but Ontario College of Teachers requires at least 28 in the speaking part and it kills me as i need only one point and they won't recognise it,. The overall points they need is 103, but they want specific points in specific parts.
I must say that i didn;t expect this high score, as i was very panicked and under a lot of pressure, so i was surprised, but the whole preparation was stressful for me.
So, i have a risk now if i rescore it might be lower, and that is also not good.
What do you advise me too, it seems i did the test all in vail.

Kierra

Amazing score, really it is sad that you couldn't get this one point. Anyway, you said that the school is not going to consider your score because it is under their Speaking threshold, so take your chances and rescore

Yes it is a risk, but i should take it It is also a further expense too!
I didn;t do too well on the speaking part because i was a little panicked and distracted from the background, and strangely, i thought i would do great in that as i lived in Australia when i was very young for 10 years.

Thanks anyhow;

Kierra

I see. The bad thing about the rescoring is, it takes around 4 weeks and it would be a total waste of time if the response was negative! On the other hand, within 4 weeks you can retake the test and receive your score.

As well as set another test date, that way you won't wait until you get the rescore result. Good luck!
