Hi,
I have noticed that people generally advice Longman, Kaplan for preparation. But I have seen no thread which advices to prepare from Official Guide of Toefl. Any particular reason for that. I checked the reading section of the OG and it looked good to me. Kindly advice ![]() ![]()

Hi jeril842002,
I have the official guide, Kaplan, Barron, Delta....Bruce Rogers...I think people try to find as many tests as possible in a single book. The official guide offers only two tests ( one on its CD, the other as practice in the book ). The other books have many tests. But in my opinion the official guide is the book you have to start your study with. The real exam resembles well the official guide. After that, if you like to study more, you may try other books. Good luck. |
