TOEFL on August 22

Hi everyone ! !

i too gave my TOEFL on the 22nd of Aug. and my scores are :
Reading 28
Listening 28
Speaking 24
Writing 25

TOTAL 105

Do you feel it is a good score or just an ordinary one ?

Well I could have done better at the speaking too. I mean 20 was on the edge. I screwed up the speaking section really this time. However a ~25 seems to me achievable with ease if I would take it again. I just need to practice a little more. I mean I practiced for the speaking like max 8 hours.

I got 25 on listening.... Again here a 28 is at hand. I was a little distracted because at a section I had to go to the bathroom and I rushed to finish it. I had answers that I knew they were wrong just after I pushed the OK button. LOL.

28 on Reading. The Barron tests seemed me to have harder texts that what we got there. I mean at least at the last part. The one for what you get 2 points.

27 for the writing. Well I enjoyed doing this section. The penalties I got are probably for writing ~260 words at the first... I know I tend to write a lot more then asked.
For the second task at most a point for some spelling mistake.... At least I think so because my grammar and structure of the text seemed to me good.

Anyway I am happy with my 100 points. I needed 88, this will do it.

PS. Two other friends of mine took with me the test.
Results:
One:
1) Speaking -> 22
2) Listening -> 24
3) Reading -> 22
4) Writing -> 22
Overall -> 90

Two
1) Speaking -> 24
2) Listening -> 29
3) Reading -> 29
4) Writing -> 28
Overall -> 110.

speaking section is not difficult, just need 2 have a pattern, elaborate a few good templates based on the Official guide examples memorize and apply them to other book's tests and that's it, well at least that worked 4 me, if some one would kile my templates just post thy email n ill send it to u, regarding reading part I expected 30 I was pretty sure but un4tunately was not ready for that noisy environment at the begginning of the test that mede me start answering just with 8-10 minutes left, anyhow am pretty satisfied with my speaking score I think that compensate the reading part. in q1 I was asked about what can I might learn from a new culture, q2 a enjoyable or quite place to have fun, hope youll find them useful. for both of them I used the tips from renshaw web page, it is useful n it help u 2 arrange n make it easier to speak thy answers.
