then ,the best way to prepare is to buy practice tests from the official ets page :

The program they use is the same as the program on the actual TOEFL.The voices are the same ,the pictures are the same ; the types of questions are the same.
These practice tests helped me A LOT !!!Especially for the listening part .I know ,45 $ sounds a lot for a practice test,but believe or not ,when you do such a test ,and start the actual one ,you will feel that you have already taken the real test.

You can buy 4 exams - about 40$ per exam.
Then ,you can take it only once.
I know ,it is expensive ,but there is just no better source of practice.
