It really depends on your level of preparation - how much you studied English ,how well you know it .
However ,I dont think you are only going to get 30 points.I mean ,you may get around 55-60 ,if you are not prepared at all,but these 60 points are not enough in any way.
Most universities require around 85 ,some require 90-95 ,and the most prestigious ones require 100+

Yes, in theory at least you can get 60 points from the reading and the listening section but in practice, no matter how good you are you will lose some points because of the lack of experience (you can gain some from the practice tests).

From the writing, if you are a good writer you can thrive on the independent essay, but still, it is difficult without preparation (at least to read some essays from the preparation materials from books or from internet) to adopt the characteristics needed by the test.
The integrated task is almost imposible without preparation.
The speaking is also difficult because you only have 60 or less seconds for each question.

Luma is on the way!
It depends on your English skills. I've seen people around the forum scored well with minimal preparation. In order to be in the safe side and secure the 60 points that you need, invest one week of preparation (you need at least one day to read about test format and various sections and tasks).

Good Luck!
