tips for reading and listening >>>please

I have a toefl test on Saturday

so I need your advices on both the reading and the listeing sections

in the reading for ex do you think it is good to read the whole passage first then answer and the questions or what I also have problems with the meaning or the guess like why does the auther mention , what inferer

the listeing I am actually good listener but when I take notes I disturbed therefor some of the detail questions I can not answer and only my problem with the details questions

Hi toefl ibt, I have the same day test. I practiced kaplen book this time and it has some stratigies that you can keep in mind regarding R and L. You do not have to read the whole passage just read the introduction and skim the rest of the passage while you answer the questions, so after you finish the introduction or the first paragragh do diratctly to the question. That will save you time.
For the listining, you have to practice how to take notes while you listining without miss information from the hearing. So you have to practice. The notes should be so short and just for the key points of the lecture or the conversation.
