I want to make a rescore of my speaking task and I am not sure how to do it. In the requesting form ( cannot give a link but you could see it on the official site ). Should I send information about my credit card on the fax or should I send this form including 60$ on the post? Please tell me the procedure?

i usually send the request by fax wih my credit card number. don't worry it's safe and quick
