new toelf vs old toefl

Hello,

i have a question.. last 2005, I took the toefl and tse separately. I passed toefl/twe first time and tse after two takes. I am working already here in the US for 3 years now. My visa screen will expire in May and some say that I need to re-take toefl again. My husband took toefl twice and did not pass yet. My question is, how hard is the new toefl compare to the old toefl? What is basically the difference? Thanks!
