Questions regarding TOEFL, urgent please.
I have my TOEFL this sunday and I have started preparing only yesterday. I have a few questions regarding the exam
Important: How do I figure out the address of the centre, the confirmation reciept gives the Site ID : ITIIF46I , where's the damn address? where should I be going for test? I logged in on ETS website and clicked on "view orders" then details, it's the same thing there, just says the name of city, no address!!! 1) In the reading section, will I have the option of reading the passage while I am answering the questions. If yes, is this always the case? Does it EVER happen that I will not be allowed to see the text while answering a particular question. 2) In summary based questions, is the order important? Should the summary be provided in the same order as the facts are stated in the passage? or anything goes as long as choices are correct? 3) Any information about how easy/tough the barrons ibt CDROM is? I took around 2 tests and I get 3-4 questions wrong (in worst case) out of 40 or so questions in both reading and listening. What score can I expect? how is the scoring and scaling done for these sections? 4) I have not yet submitted applications to any universities, I can still mention the names of universities that I am going to be applying to right? |

Don't know what happened to your test center address, but it should be there for SURE!!
1- yes, the text will be always on the right of your screen. 2- no, the order is not important 3- I think they are about the same difficulty of the real test, you should be pretty good in scoring in these sections, since you make so few mistakes. 4- yes, you can. |

Thanks -Katherina-
I found the address in a mail sent by ETS, but this is strange nonetheless. If I loose the mail somehow. There should be some easy way to find the address. one more thing, I find myself with extra time left at the end of these sections, how best to make use of it? |
