Main differences between the CBT and the iBT versions, please

Hello,

I took the CBT long time ago and got a fairly good score at that time (Feb 2006). Now after almost 3 years later I have to take the TOEFL again but this time must be the iBT which I am not familiar with at all . Can you summarize thge main differences between the two formats? I know there is no grammar section anymore and that there is a speaking section now. Can you tell me what about the writing and the reading sections. And if possible can you provide a list of the topics for the Speaking section, templates, anything that helps. I have to take the test in 2 weeks. Any help would be very much appreciated.
