First time, Advise me please!

Hi everyone, I am supposed to do the TOEFL exam after three weeks, I am not familiar with the new iBT exam since I don't speak English too much. I could speak Italian, Spanish and Arabic so it is hard to me to speak like native speakers in just 45 seconds time limit, furthermore I find the writing section a little bit difficult. I have just started preparing for it, Could you advise me, please ?

Try this for a start--> If you travel by public transport everyday make sure you speak to each and every stranger you meet in english regardless of the fact that you're fumbling and committing mistakes. Feel happy when you return home. It might look mighty tough the first day but hey you gave it a start !
2ndly, start of with the millions of practice tests you'll find online or elsewhere. Take notes of the mistakes or new things you come across from each test.
I am gonna take the test on 14th Nov.

Hi everyone,I got my result today and my score is Reading 27,Listening 25,Writing 22,Speaking 24.Could you help me I should get rescore for Speaking and Writing parts?I need 26 for Speaking and 24 for Writing.
