Applying for toefl

Hi everyone. I am new here and i need your help, since i read success stories of other people around here.
I am appearing for my TOEFL at the end of this month.
I am an undergraduate student currently doing my MBBS (4th year)
I have absolutely no material to study from, so kindly quide me to that
Secondly, the requirement is a score of 84, so i want to ask the people who have already given an iBt that how hard is it to get a minimum score of 84?
I am fluent and can comprehend stuff easily, problem is with my vocabulary, thats not very special or outta the world.

As you said you are fluent and can comprehend easily then 84 is no problem. Any book about toefl will help you to achieve that score.
