People in India are doing something right when it comes to TOEFL, with one of the highest averages in Asia.

I agree with Tino. I know many good students that fail to receive admission from good universities due to their weak knowledge of English.

With a good practice program, which is easy to find within the internet, they can do much better and change their future. It is unfortunate that they don't even listen to experts advice.

I completely agree with Masy900 - there are lots of free information online, and you can find anything you want. You just need to spend lots of time and spend lots of energy on learning everything. This is not easy but effective I believe.
