ajaxsurya Posted December 9, 2011 Share Posted December 9, 2011 hello everyone, i m taking my TOEFL on 18 th dec 2011. i have added the names of free receiptants . these are GERMAN universities. as i plan to apply to them. i would like to know that do i need to first apply to these universities before sending them the score? what would happen if i directly send them the score reports.
