Toefl, change my test center

I registered on the ets.org/toefl/ website, for a seat in a test centre and I paid but then I looked at the place I should take the test, it's the London Institute of Management and Technology and it seems like something fake.
I went on their website, then I called their contact number. An Indian lady answered me and told me it was a private number and that I probably called the wrong number.

So, my question is does anyone know about this institute? If, no, what can I do in order to change my test center. I know that you can reschedule a test but you have to pay a fee. I could still cancel it but I would like to know if there isn't another option. Did a similar situation happen to someone?

Today or tomorrow, I'll visit the place where my test should be taken but if like I think this institute is fake, I'm considering calling prometric. Because if I reschedule my test through internet, I'll have to pay a fee for sure but if I call, I will explain to them my problem and there are the one wrong there, so normally I shouldn't have to pay, well I hope at least. The thing is my prometric center is based in the Netherland, since I'm from the UK and I wonder if it's a free number or if I would have to pay an extra fee in order to call them. Did anyone tried to call the prometric center in the Netherland? What was it like? I mean were they helpful or not?
