Should I take the PBT or CBT?

Hi Erin,
I am a Veterinary Graduate seeking admission into one of the Schools of Veterinary Medicine. I am asked a qualifying TOEFL score of 220 and 5 in TWE. The TWE will be offered along with PBT and the TOEFL score asked is in CBT format. This is confusing my mind to take whether a CBT or PBT TOEFL. Eventhough the essay in CBT is exactly similar to the TWE in PBT, I am not able to decide which format of exam to take. I think I feel comfortable with CBT. Is the essay score will be reported separately on the score report of CBT? Please do help in this matter.

TOEFL® Computer-Based Testing No Longer Available

After September 30, 2006, the computer-based version of the TOEFL® test (TOEFL CBT) will no longer be offered. The TOEFL program is phasing in the Internet-based version of the TOEFL test - TOEFL iBT. In areas where TOEFL iBT is not yet available, the paper-based version of the TOEFL test will be offered to continue to provide access for TOEFL test takers in these areas.

It looks like there is no more cbt, however according to Tino, there are pbt available in the U.S. and other countries. If anybody know if cbt is available please post here.
