How can I change my TOEFL exam center?

[/SIZE]I'm Avni Bhatnagar,19 years from india.[/SIZE]

I've just become a part of TestMagic which seems to be excitingly great!
I've applied for my TOEFL.My exam is on 22nd NOv.
My center is at a city called-Ahemadabad but i want to shift it to NEW DELHI.How do i go about this?
Though i have mailed the Indian RRC but to no avail.There is no response!I'm really worried!
Sir,Mr.Erin could you please suggest something?
