Toefl preparation classes or Intensive English course

Hi,

Is better to take Intensive english classes to get 101 in Toefl? I am planning to take Toefl preparation classes but I am not sure for this.

I have already took Toefl exam and got 87.However, I need 101 for my application.

Please advise me what classes I should take.
