How to calculate my TOEFL score? (plz..why no one help me?)

hi, I took the TOEFL in dec 29
my essay topic was..When people succeed, it is because of hard work. Luck has nothing to do with success." Do you agree or disagree with the quotation above? Use specific reasons and examples to explain your position.
The essay part wasn't easy for me.
I got
L = 23
R= 21
W/S= 8-26
I think that the score was 173-233 ..something like that i'm not sure
can anyone tell me what score I'll get if I get
3
or 3.5
or 4 in the essay part ..

Hi mervat,
U will add around 45 marks more to thy lower range (in thy case its 173+45) if u get a 4 in essay. I have no idea for less than that.

Hi Mervat,

This is how you calculate your score. Lets say you made
Listening 23
Structure 26
Reading 21
total 70

Then do 70 * 10 /3=700/3= 233. Thats your toefl score.
