ToeflVictim
Hi Erin, I wonder what constitutes the major difference between Paper Based Toefl and Computer Based Toefl. My curiosity arises from the fact that on the paper based toefl I was able to score 48/50 in the listening part and when it comes to structure it was between 36 to 39 out of 40 questions in the structure part. Lastly, in the Reading section my score ranged between 42 to 48 out of 50 questions in 55 minutes as Toefl's Test Preparation Kit's 2nd Edition suggested. However, in computer based toefl, I mean in the actual test, I got 22, 11-29, 24, Listening, Structure/Writing ,and Reading respectively. My question is Am I dumb or what or Are the paper based tests not indicative of scores? Also, I did solve reading on the computer as well and I scored no less than 26/30. What do u suggest Erin and others?
