Hi, I'm new here and I was quite desperate until I found this place.
I want to applied to a master's programme in Sweden and the application deadline is in August, it means that I should take the test soon....really soon and I have a lot of doubts.
When am I going to receive the results? 2 weeks later? 4 weeks?
Do you have some kind of result when you finish the test?
What is the maximun score?
How long is it?

I know my english is , but I have to give it a try.

How long does it take to receive the results?
It depends on the choice you make: If you choose to take a Paper Based Test (PBT), it will take about 5 weeks to receive the results. On the other hand, if you take the computer based test (CBT), you will be given the results a range of the results after finishing the exam: it is because the essay is not corrected inmediatly. If you write the essay on the computer, you will suposedly be given the total result two weeks after taking the exam; but if you handwrite the essay, it will take 4-5 weeks. About the scores:
PBT: score scale from 310 to 677 (>600 is considered an excellent score)
CBT: score scale from 0 to 300 (>250 is considered an excellent score)
Despite the above, there is no passing or failing score; check the university/college requirements

thank you, I just have to improve the grammar to make it decent enough for the test.

I have another question, how many parts has the test? listening, writing, grammar....and something else?

hi there
there are 4 sections in the test:
Listening measures the ability to understand spoken English.
Structure measures the ability to recognize standard written English.
Reading measures the ability to understand short passages that are similar in topic and style to academic texts.
Writing measures the ability to write in English on an assigned topic
