how to organize my work on powerprep

Why is so complicated that software powerprep....if I buy it from ets do they send me full details and explanations of the answers+listening scripts like the Toefl sampler cd which I get for free from them by purchasing the toefl test preparation kit.If I take for example test 1 of powerprep the questions are always the same if I consider to re-take the test.....But I found here that the full amount of listening questions is above 200 by using one program ''ppl''....ok but that program with the powerprep works just pretty unusual when I chose for example question 56-59 it switch question 56 with a long passage I mark the answer after that I waiting to answer question 57 but the powerprep switch another different passage so I have to listen to one passage just 4 times to be able to mark 4 questions for particular passage....This is really complicated software Any ideas how to organize my work?????
