Hello,Erin!
I am curious to know what is the difference between 4,5 and 5 scored essays? I took TOEFL two years ago and I got 4,5 without writing any essay before my exam and I remember that my score was boosted with 50 points.Now i am planing to take TOEFL again and I really would like the difference in scoring.

P.S I have a small tip for all future test takers.Don`t think that the essay section is so hard!It`s probably the easiest part in the test!In the end of the test you feel calm and all you have to do is to write your opinion about something.Imagine that you are writing a mail to close friend and you have to explain him what is your point of view.Take it easy and do not think about this essay as a masterpiece!
