I need help with Listening and Reading!! Help me!!

I am appearing TOEFL on January 3,2002. I am practicing very hard. Listening and Reading Comp. supposed to be very difficult for me.
Please give me some tactics so that I can score more than 570.

Mirza,

It's hard to explain what to do in just a few days. For many people the Listening Section is the hardest part. Have you seen the page that I wrote on Listening?

The reading is also tough. I suggest you practice a few reading passages from magazines and newspapers before you take the test. Make sure you use a dictionary to look up words you don't know!!
