submitting the Toefl report to the ICHP?

hi! i am new to this forum. i passed the toefl exam last year and problem is, i did not write where to send it (i did not know the visa screen before). i need to submit my passed result to the ICHP. how can i do that? i need the procedure since i lost the copy of the previous toefl bulletin. it seems that the new toefl post did not elaborate that procedure. thanks in advance

as far as i know, you should call ets for additional score reporting orders. check www.toefl.org for details and the phone number for your region. btw you have a credit card right? unfortunately they fee additional score reports
