TOEFL Prep Time

Hi Guys,
Could some one please brief me the prep method and timings for TOEFL. Also, are there any tests available for TOEFL.

It really depends on you, and how well you are prepared. For example if you have been preparing the gre, most of the ibt Toefl will not be a problem. Most people will have a hard time with speaking.

Study for at least a month for Toefl, and if you need at least 26 on speaking, expect to spend additional 1 to 3 months on speaking. This assumes that you are an advance English user. If you are not advance user, it may take more time, if you are an advance user, it may take less time.

As for the practice test, most prep books have practice test and I recommend trying the ETS practice test at least 1 week before the actual test. That way you will have an idea what to expect on the test. I hope this helps and good luck!
