do they give one a lot of paper for your notes or one has to be organized with the stuff...??

Hom many sheets do they give?

It depends on the test center administrator
My first time , the man gave me 3 sheets in the begining and another 3 sheets after the 10 min break.. One my second time she gave me only 3 scrap papers for the whole test..

can we ask for more paper?I know I use more paper and I am little concern about this matter.

I think if you ask for more paper, they will give it to you. But I suppose it depends on the test center.
