speaking section-notes taking

Hai,

I need advice regarding notes taking for questions 3 and 4.
Is it helpfull if we take notes for the reading passage for questions 3 and 4 in the speaking section.
If I take notes I am not able to finisn the reading part in 45 seconds time limit.But with out any notes I am not able to speak about it.
What should I do.
Any advice is appreciated.

It looks like a rock and a hard place, but I think having couple of key points in the reading will help you in the answer. Do what you think is right and good luck!
