SOS score 1dec not delivered

I took test dec1 in Eindhoven, Netherlands. All seemed OK. The test was announced to be online dec 27 (with some delay). Today is Jan 12th and it is still not online. I notice on this forum that other people from same day already have scores.
I mailed toefl but I only got a standard reply by computer.Then I called and they would check with the test centre if I paid, if I did it at the right location, etc . But all that was ok I'm sure. So I'm affraid for technical problems. They gave me a case number and I can call back by the end of next week. I'm worried since deadlines are VERY close (already late for 2 of my 5 desired institutes). Is there someone who can give advice or had similar experience?
