hi again,
yeah it's pretty confusing.the book i'm using is Barron's How to prepare for Toefl.it gives advice to prepare for the CBT,it compares both the tests(paper and CBT) but most importantly all the model tests that are there in the book are computer assisted and are in the pattern ofCBT ,like for instance section 2 has 25 questions unlike sectin 2 of paper based which has 40 questions.i'm confused.. is it paper or CBT?can you help please? also can you please tell me how to calculate the total score irrespective of paper or CBT? thanks. |

Again, the only way to figure out your score is to use official materials. There really is no substitute.
Many of my students can get a much higher score on the Barron's tests than on the real test, so I wouldn't recommend relying on them. In class here at TestMagic, we use only official materials; they're simply the BEST!! Hope that helps!! |
