pl. urgently reply for rescoring

Hi everyone

I faxed my rescoring form on 14th Nov. ETS received it on 19th,that's what they show on my "view order" profile page. Now I called today, which is 3 weeks after, and the coustmer service rep. told me that I should check my score of the test date(which is 19th of oct). If they changed it than it should appear in my test date results (which is 19th oct), but what if it is the same. How would I know they rescored it?

Am I wrong in understanding something, here?

As I faxed for rescore, it appeared as a new order with the title " Rescore Service-Spoken" in "view order" page. Shouldn't it be scored separately, as its new order?

Guys, please help me who ever had received the rescoring results.
