i was wondering is there anyplace where i can pracise for my toefl essay online and see my scores at the same time.

No, accurate on-line essay scoring is not available to the general public right now. However, TestMagic has been contacted by ETS about their eRater program, which will allow this sort of thing, but I think it's still some time away.
