Just try to change your password. I registered earlier than you, on the 20th of October, however, I don't have any problems with password.
I tried to access to my profile at ETS website but it was said that my password was expired. I tried to make another password but I could not. Since I am not in the unites states I sent email to them becuase I can not register. My last registration was in dec 8th and I do ot know why this is happening?
Anybody have any idea about that?
You must call ETS. I had problems every time I needed my password to be changed. The customer service representative will give you a different password and log in back to change your password. Password must follow the rule of ETS.
You must call ETS. I had the same problem before. You will be assigned a new password. I remember that I was talking on the phone with customer service representative while I was changing the password.
The system is not user-friendly.
Don't let ETS ruin your days.
Usually, ETS won't talk to anyone who is not a test taker on that account. It is about privacy issue.
