Language Schools first, I don't know how good they are but, usually language schools offer TOEFL, if not another possiblity is the Kaplin ... but from what I understand they are very expensive. So Kaplin should be the last choice.

Hi,

It may be very late reply. in dallas, university of texas in irving as english department and few courses. and teh community college in irving area also offer few courses in english like accent reduction. google it u will fing info.
