On the test day center closed?

Hi there
I was supposed to take toefl int on 26th april.
When I reached there I saw a sign on dooe that the center is close today if you have any question call on this 1-888........no.
Then we called them they said hour office is currently closed.
Then after 10 minutes 1 lady came and said that our server went down yesterday. so they could not down load the test. A technician from ets came to fix it yesterday but she had no idea what happen after that.so she call her director, prometric or ets.
Then she said that ets was supposed to call you guys yesterday but nobody from us had received any phone call.We were 8-10 people waiting form our test.
Then she said that the test is not going to run today.So we try on that no again and somebody answered it.And what we heard? THEY HAVE RESCHDULED US FOR MAY30TH TEST WITHOUT INFORMING US.

Then I asked will this happen again and they answered----WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT THIS WILL NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN.

Then how come ets administered and trust such kind of test if they themselves do not not have any guarantee about their test????????

And more to this why nabp trust on them?

Is ther any body who can answer this?

NABP OR ETS OR PROMETRIC???????????????

Because now nobody trust nabp

My test was canceled three times because of technical problems. I wrote two long and detailed letters to the NABP regarding this matter but there reply is “we sympathize with your situation but we can't change the rules. Contact the ETS to reconcile the problem."

Because now nobody trust nabp

Because ETS bought Prometric last year so it has to be one or the other but not Prometrics. Now where is this test center located? If you let the other tester know, maybe we can avoid this center. Name and location should be enough.
