Call ETS. You should be able to access score online. You need password to see your result.

It has now been over 9 weeks since ETS told me that they sent me my report and still nothing . I sent them an e-mail and they said that they just sent a new one at the same address i just don't know for how long am i supposed to wait now?!
Is there anyone who could share any experiences about the same issue please people i would love to hear about them!!
I live in the Middle East btw could that be the reason??!

Another problem could be how reliable is your postal system? You can and should contact ETS until you get your score. Another point, did you send your score to any schools? If so did they receive them?

i received my score online but not by mail. I didn't send my score to any schools so??
i just want to know does this happen usually ?? late reports

It has been known to happen, where the score was lost in transit or in the mail. So contact ETS and ask them to resend the score and keep bugging them until you get it. Now it is a good idea to keep a note when you contacted the ETS and who you spoke with. Always ask for their name and spelling if necessary. If they don't provide the information, ask to talk to the supervisor.
