As I am preparing for the TOEFL exam, I recieced the official TOEFL Powerprep disc by mail. I installed the software but I can't get it running. I am using Windows XP Professional and when I start the program an error message saying "Cannot find SHELL.DLL"appears. I already tried that compatibility...

I was wondering are we allowed to handwrite the essay in the new toefl ibt or we have to write it on the computer"s keyboard????????:hmm: ur replies are so appreciated please reply.......thanks a lot ....best of luck
