jagapoga Posted October 22, 2008 Share Posted October 22, 2008 Hai Everybody I just joined today. I took the tse on Aug 16th 08 at LA. I got only 40. I gave for rescoring and they said that they did the rescoring with specialist. My score is same. But an interesting thing is that I thik they send me somebody else result. Because my first name is same but the last name is different. Is anybody had this problem before? I am waiting for your feed back. Next opening might be in August but we won't know for sure until mid to late May when ETS posts the dates for 08/09 pbt TOEFL/TSE testing. king5m Posted October 30, 2008 Share Posted October 30, 2008 it was in LA on Aug 16th .The originalt score was 35 but I was very confident that I did better than 1st time in 2006 when I got 45 for that I asked for rescoring & Thank God I got it ,so now I ,ll get my FPGEC soon. king5m Posted October 31, 2008 Share Posted October 31, 2008 Hi , Thanks for your greetings. within 3 months from your test date which is Aug 16 you can apply for rescoring , it takes about a month. once you go online on the page of paper based toefl click on score & download the form of rescoring you 'll find TSE among rescoring choices, just put your information & send it to them and follow up with them after that .they'll not charge you anything if you get a different score but if you get the same score they gonna charge you 60 $. but believe me it worth if you have the feeling that you deserve better than what you got. don,t hesitate to ask any question if u need any help & I wish you the best.
