pbt score report

i got required score in th march 5 ,toefl exam.i received the score report on april 7 th.but when today i call nabp.they said we not received yet.then i called to ets.they said we send on 7th april.now its almost 15 days over.i dont know what i do?can any one have any idea what i can do?

Hello Sairafiq,
Based on the time you mentioned, NABP must have received your scores by know. It is just that they have not updated on your file. My advise to you is to follow up with NABP regularly. Don't worry you will be just fine.
