Hello ,
i would like to share my Horrible experience with you on last Saturday exam !!!!!

My appointment was at 1:15 AM at IKN test center in LA , i went to the test center about one hour earlier , i found some people so i wait with them before the buliding enterence untill 12:15 AM one of the center worker came and said that 12:30 & 1:15 groups should go to the center within 15 min.
I took the elevator to the 11th floor , there was about 30 or more examinee at that time then he told us to wait in another room , after 5 min. he came to the waiting room & wanted 3 of us to start take the exam and they went with him , 25 mins later one of them came back & gave us the ques. so everyone tried to wait until can prepare answers for the ques.
Till now everyone of will ask so what was the problem ???
the problem was that this test center has only one big room with about 20 desks for the exam , but the director of the center decided to use this big space only for ONE examinee every 25 min to pervent the disturbance in additon to another 2 small rooms ( which orginally offices )so every 25 min there were only 3 who finished the exam which means evry hour only & 20 min only 9 who finished the exam & we were about 120 registered to take the exam in this center , so around 3:00 PM the center becam like a CIRCUS ,everyone was frustrated & wanted to take the eaxm
the director tried to make anew list according to the priorties which means that the pregnants ,elderly & who have aflight at 7:00 pm should take the exam first , regardless what was your orginal appointment
finally , i went to of the rooms at 7:00 pm after more than 8 hours of waiting , i was very tired ,sleepy & i got headach , although i preapared some answers earlier , i coudnot remember any of them , i couldnot complete the answers intime , of course i did alot of grammatic errors, pauses & i think the answers was very bad , my situation is very critical
i need alot of prayers to pass
( n.p : the staff of this center are very nice & helpful , but unfortunatly what they did to help us became against us )

I took my exam in Belize.I also had some worst experiences for TSE. That includes waiting for hours and mosquito bites during the exam. There were about 38 people to take the exam and my number was 34. The test center people told me to report at 2:00 pm and I was called at 7:30 pm. The people at the exam center was friendly but the exam center was horrible.Some of the exam takers were good enough to share the questions after they finished. This gave enough time time to think about some points. But for one question (the one which you have to talk to boss why you cannot do overtime) ,after two lines I paused for a long time because cannot find a right word.So, I couldn't finish that on time . The last question I finished early.To make the long story short, all I want to say is be positive and picture yourself recieving the good or the best score you need to pass and pray everyday for this.

Basically, this is what I'm doing now. I'll keep you in my prayers for sure.

yes.....i was one of them for the horrible experience at IKN EDU in lA.
i went to test center at 10 am because of ride problem. my test was at 2 pm .
security guard told us to go for exam at 4pm...when i went there it didnot look like a test center. It was worst then circus. i had to fight to be in the test room at 8 pm.....whole day without water or food.....and all this frustration.

thanks alot for sharing & encourging me , yes i need this support & to be positive .
i need 50 in this exam , i know that God able to give me this score although i did bad in the exam because nothing imposible before him

Hi sms123! BY POSTING THIS MESSAGE (TITLE: YOUR EXPERIENCE ON TSE AUG 15), IT IS ON THE TOP OF THIS PAGE. YOU MADE OTHER THINK THAT WE ALL KNEW QUESTIONS BEFORE WHICH WASN'T EXACT. JUST REMEMBER THAT ETS PEOPLE HAVE ACCESS TO THIS WEBSITE TOO, SO PLEASE IN THE FUTURE DONT POST NOTHING LIKE THIS AGAIN. I DONT KNOW WHY OUR RESULTS HAVE BEEN HELD BUT LET ME TELL YOU SOME THIS ISNT GOOD. THE ONLY THING TO DO NOW IS TO PRAY AND HOPE THAT THEY WILL GIVE US GOOD NEWS SOON.

1st , when i wrote ( my experience ............) because it was my horrible experience ( not someone else ) in the test day & iam not the first one in the world or in that forum who wrote about his or her experience on whatever test day
2nd , when i said that there are som examinee may knew the the exam questions of course i didnot mean everyone & iam not disscussing that know because the issue who to answer the qustion & to convenice the rater who will listen later to your answers that you are able to speak ENGLISH
( N.B , I reveiwed old posts in that forum from 2005 & after each exam those who took the exam in Philipine or India post their exam quetions which is mean the one who will take the exam in the USA can know the qustions at leat 8 to 10 hrs before going to the test center according the time difference between the countries & iam sure that ETS aware of that because they give the same exam in all these countries & they donot change even one question
3rd , i wish that ETS STAFF read my POST to know who much i did suffer with so many others& we should have better treatment because that is their responsiblity from A to Z
Finally , the result was hold of course not because of my POST & you are not the only one who is waiting for it

The truth is that the majority of students did not want to enter the exam room early because they wanted to know some answers. I did not have any problem and I did not have to wait; I did the exam exactly after arriving.
Moreover, The staff of the center were very helpful and kind.
I may disagree with some people here. But, at least it is my experience.
