Try to register online, if not possible call the 1-800 number and someone will help you if the seats are still available.

Hi VPC!

I don't have any book or study material for TSE. I was actually writing Toefl Ibt, last time scored 26 in speaking but my bad, got only 22 in writing. So I was thinking to try my luck in TSE. I am originally from pakistan, how about you?
Are you also taking TSE in Chicago? and do you have any material to share. I would appreciate your help.

Yes I am also taking TSE on Oct 17 at Chicago.
I think for TSE you can use the book - Mastering the new TOEFL - speaking. I got this info from the forums only. This book is available on Amazon.
